At VeeVee Organics, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade skincare products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines your rights and options regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Returns & Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged in transit.
  • You received a faulty or defective product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

2. Reporting an Issue & Return Process

If you experience an issue with your order, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email us at info@veeveeorganics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

✔ Your order number
✔ A clear photo of the issue (damaged, incorrect, or defective item)
✔ A brief description of the problem

Step 2: Return Approval & Instructions

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address along with further instructions.
  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind – As a small business, we are unable to accept returns for items that are no longer wanted.

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity – Ingredients are clearly listed on product pages. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Lost or stolen packages – If an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we cannot issue refunds.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, you must return the eligible item following our return process and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veeveeorganics.co.uk with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

1️⃣ Check your bank account.
2️⃣ Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
3️⃣ If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at info@veeveeorganics.co.uk.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed.
  • Once an order has been packed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
